3D and 2D Spare parts management

The Spare Parts Catalog 2D/3D module was conceived for the service department of a company, and is one of the most important modules of Linkersys After Sale. It is possible that, especially for those who do commission work, it may at times be necessary to manage cases in which the service list of components changes, for example, according to the maintenance policy of one client or another. 

Typically, for everything regarding the after sale phase (documentation, assembly instructions, spare parts management, maintenance policy, etc.), there is a drastic simplification in respect to the engineering BOM; this simplification consists of the elimination of components considered non-essential (screws, mechanical components, and in general all those components which are highly standardized and of not much use as regards spare parts), as well as of a restructuring of assemblies compared to those present in the engineering BOM. This latter operation consists of simplifying the hierarchy of the list; hierarchy levels are diminished (for example from level 8 or 9 down to level 3 or 4) in order to make consultation easier. Moreover, associating different components, in terms of spare parts, to different clients, usually for commercial reasons, and perhaps even establishing different maintenance policies, necessitates having available the possibility of filing more than one list of materials for the same machine/assembly. This is possible with Linkersys by loading the same machine/product having different structures onto different catalogs by means of the Spare Parts Catalog 2D/3D module. 

With a click from SAP Visual Enterprise Author, it becomes possible to load your 3D spare parts into Linkersys web catalogs and navigate on-line, without having to download plug-ins, with all operating systems (Windows, Android, iOS) and on all devices (PC, Tablet, Smartphone). 

Upon request, there is a portable version that runs Stand-alone, and is not connected to web systems in the cloud.
